Joseph Rosenhahn was born to work with people as well as to work in real estate.  A lifelong resident of Western New York, Joseph is a graduate of the prestigious St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute and received his bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Medaille College. 

 

Joseph's real estate career began during his senior year of college.  In his first year, Joseph was recognized as a "Million Dollar Rookie" from him company.  Dedicated to providing the very best service and education to his clients, Joseph continued to grow his knowledge and became skilled in 1031 tax deferred exchanges.  Joseph was his broker's youngest agent to receive the  "Platinum Sales" award in Buffalo / Niagara.  

 

Joseph's knowledge and expertise of residential real estate span throughout Erie and Niagara county.  Some of the frequently serviced areas include Amherst, Buffalo, Clarence, Depew, Elma, East Aurora, Grand Island, Lancaster, Lewiston, Lockport, North Tonawanda, Orchard Park, Tonawanda and West Seneca.

 

Joseph is a proud supporter on the P.U.N.T. Foundation formed by retired Buffalo Bills NFL punter, Brian Moorman.  The P.U.N.T. Foundation is a nonprofit that provides families in Western New York facing pediatric cancer with critical programs that offer financial, practical and emotional support from diagnosis to recovery and bereavement.
